Application:

The machine is portable removable electromagnetic induction heating equipment. It is mainly used to seal containers with aluminum foil for pharmacy, chemical industry, pesticide, food, cosmetic, light industry, etc.

Characteristics:

• Applicable for plastic bottles (PP, PET, PE, PS, PVC) & glass container.
• Specialized designed for hand held cap sealing.
• Extremely Simple to Use
• Small, portable, convenient to move
• Optimal use for small to medium productions or as backup to larger continuous systems
• Heating speed is 20-30 times/min
• Not applicable of capping operation of metal & non-threaded pressing cap

• Master ON/OFF Switch
• Fuse Protection
• Current Electrical Charge Digital Display
• Sealing Time Digital Display (Seconds & Tens of Sec)
• Automatic Overheat Protection Fuse and Alarm./Light with Automatic Cool down Reset Feature
• Automatic Over Current Alarm/Light – Engages if Excessive Distance Between Horn and Substrate is Being Applied
