How the Programme Works
To become a member, you may fill in an application form and send it to the nearest EgyptAir Sales office or mail it to the Marketing Programmes Department together with a recent ticket cover and boarding pass (during the past 6 months). Application forms are available at all EgyptAir Sales & Reservations Offices, Cairo Airport, inside Horus In-flight Magazine as well as on EgyptAir website.
Every time you travel with EgyptAir on international and domestic routes, you will earn points that vary according to the distance traveled and the class of service.
Points accumulated can be converted to airline tickets, upgrades, and more.
Kindly present your membership card when making reservations, at check-in counters, on-board aircrafts or at any location that requires the membership number.
Also keep the ticket covers and the boarding passes of all your flights starting from the joining date until you receive your welcome package to be able to add the points to your account.
كيفية عمل البرنامج
للإشتراك فى البرنامج، كل ما عليكم هو ملء إستمارة العضوية وإرسالها الى أقرب مكتب مبيعات مصر للطيران أو بالبريد الى إدارة البرامج التسويقية مرفقا بها غلاف تذكرة سفر وبطاقة صعود الى الطائرة لرحلة لا يتعدى تاريخها ستة أشهر. إستمارات العضوية متوفرة بجميع مكاتب مبيعات مصر للطيران وبمطار القاهرة وداخل مجلة حورس على متن الطائرة وكذلك على موقع مصر للطيران على الشبكة الدولية للمعلومات.
تعتمد الفكرة الأساسية للبرنامج على حصولكم على عدد معين من النقـاط عند قيامكم بالسـفـر علـى خطوط مصر للطيران الدولية والداخلية، هذا ويختلف عدد هذه النقاط من بلد إلى آخر وحسب درجات السفر.
ويمـكنكم الحصول على المزايا المتعـددة التى تقدمها مصر للطيران مثل تذاكر السفر وتعلية درجة السفر وغيرها مقابل استقطاع عدد محدد من النقاط.
يرجى إظهار بطاقات العضوية عند قيامكم بعملية الحجز وعند إنهاء إجراءات السفر فى المطار أو على متن الطائرة أو أى مرحلة أخرى تتطلب مراجعة بطاقات العضوية.
كما يرجى الاحتفاظ بأغلفة التذاكر وبطاقات الصعـود إلى الطائرة للرحلات التى تم القيام بها فى الفترة من تاريخ إرسال إستـمارة العضــوية وحتى وصول مجمـوعة الترحيب لكى نتمكن من إضـافة النقاط المستحقة إلى حسابكم.

Classic Blue Card
After enrolling with EgyptAir Plus for the first time, you receive the Classic Blue Card.
البطاقة الكلاسيكية الزرقاء
عند اشتراككم فى البرنامج لأول مرة تحصلون على البطاقة الكلاسيكية الزرقاء.
Silver Card
When your account reflects a total of 20,000 points, you are automatically upgraded to the Silver level that provides more privileges, one of which is earning an extra 20% of the number of points entitled for every flight.
البطاقة الفضية
وعند وصول رصيد نقاطكم إلى 20.000 نقطة يتم تلقائياً رفع مستوى العضوية إلى البطاقة الفضية التى تمنحكم العديد من المزايا والخدمات من ضمنها منح 20% من النقاط إضافة على النقاط المستحقة للسفرية.
Golden Card
When you accumulate 45,000 points, your membership is upgraded to the highest level offering you more and more services and privileges including earning an extra 30% of the points entitled for every flight.

عند وصول رصيدكم إلى 45.000 نقطة تحصلون على البطاقة الذهبية التى توفر لكم أعلى مستوى من المزايا والخدمات بالإضافة الى منح 30% من النقاط إضافة على النقاط المستحقة للسفرية.
Please refer to the Points Table to find out the number of points earned when traveling to different destinations on different classes. Points earned are per one-way flight.
برجاء مراجعة الجدول الخاص بالنقاط لمعرفة عدد النقاط التى سوف يتم منحها وفقا لخط السير ودرجة السفر. النقاط الموضحة بالجدول للسفر فى إتجاه واحد فقط.

As an EgyptAir Plus you and your accompanying family members will be entitled to check-in at the EgyptAir Plus counters as follows:

Reward Tickets
These can be obtained against points deducted from your account. The number of points depends on the destination and the class of travel.
You may also exchange points from your account for free tickets for nominated family members.
Please refer to the Reward Tickets table (points are per one-way sector only).
التذاكر مقابل النقاط
يتم منحها للعضـو مقابل استقطاع عدد معين من النقاط من رصيده ويختلف عدد النقـاط من خط سير إلى أخر كما تخـتلف نسبتها من درجة إلى أخرى.
يسمح للعضو باستخراج تذاكر مقابل نقاط لأقاربه الذين تمت إضافة أسمائهم لعضويته مقابل نقاط يتم استقطاعها من رصيده أيضا.

Upgrading
If you wish to upgrade your class of travel against points from your account, please contact one of EgyptAir offices.
You may also exchange points from your account to upgrade the class of travel for nominated family members

رفع درجة السفر
يتم رفع درجة السفر الى الدرجة التى ترغبون السفر عليها مقابل نقاط يتم خصمها من رصيدكم عن طريق مكاتب مصر للطيران.
يسمح للعضو برفع درجة السفر مقابل نقاط لأقاربه الذين تمت إضافة أسمائهم لعضويته مقابل نقاط يتم استقطاعها من رصيده أيضا.
برجاء مراجعة الجدول الخاص برفع درجة السفر لمعرفة عدد النقاط المطلوبة لكل بلد حسب درجة السفر (النقاط الموضحة بالجدول للسفر فى إتجاه واحد فقط).
Access to First Class Lounge
This service is exclusively offered to Gold Level members at all airports inside Egypt only. A companion may also join Gold Card holders in return of deducting 1500 points from the member’s account at check-in.
استخدام استراحة الدرجة الأولى
يكون استخدام استراحة الدرجة الأولى متاحا داخل المطارات المصرية فقط لحاملى البطاقات الذهبية بدون مرافق. ويمكن إصطحاب مرافق مقابل استقطاع 1500 نقطة من رصيد العضو عند إنهاء إجراءات السفر.
Wait List Priority
All members are placed at the top of any wait list on fully booked flights.
الأولوية فى قائمة الانتظار
يتمتع جميع أعضاء برنامج المسافر الدائم الذين على قائمة الانتظار بالأولوية المطلقة فى تأكيد الحجز.
Family Bonus Points
You can now earn more points when you travel with first-degree family members (up to 5 family members and above 2 years of age).
Every member will earn you an extra 25% of the points entitled for the specified route.

يمكنكم الآن الحصول على عدد أكبر من النقاط عند سفر الأقارب من الدرجة الأولى معكم (بحد أقصى 5 أفراد باستثناء من لم يتجاوز من العمر عامان).
سوف يتم منح 25% إضافية من عدد النقاط المستحقة للمقطع عن كل فرد.
Purchasing Points
You can purchase points to issue a reward ticket or upgrade your class of travel.
This facility is available at all EgyptAir Sales Offices worldwide.
The maximum number of purchased points is 3000 per calendar year.
شراء النقاط
يمكنكم الآن القيام بشراء نقاط لإستخدامها فى إصدار تذاكر مجانية أو لرفع درجة السفر.
هذه الميزة متاحة داخل مكاتب مبيعات مصرللطيران فى جميع أنحاء العالم.
الحد الأقصى لعدد النقاط التى يمكن شرائها 3000 نقطة خلال السنة الميلادية الواحدة.
Points Statement
A statement of your account will be sent to you on a quarterly basis, showing the points you have earned or redeemed during that period.
We advise you to always keep your boarding passes and ticket covers until the transaction appears on your statement, in case you need to make any points correction.
بيان رصيد النقاط
يتم إرسال بيان للعضو يحتوى على رصيده من النقاط وذلك كل ثلاثة أشهر لكى يتعرف على حركة حسابه.
وفى حالة وجود أى استفسارات أو شكاوى بخصوص عدم إضافة أية نقاط متعلقة بسفرية ما كان العضو قد قام بها، يقوم العضو بإرسال البيان مرفقاً به التذكرة وبطاقة الصعود إلى إدارة شئون العملاء حتى يتثنى لنا بحث الشكوى وإضافة النقاط إلى الرصيد.

EgyptAir Plus members are now offered extra discounts when purchasing international air tickets from EgyptAir Sales Offices inside Egypt.

In-Flight Sales Discount
All cardholders are entitled to 5% discount on all in-flight sales products according to membership card and discount coupon.

EgyptAir Duty Free Shops are now offering 5% discount on purchases of their products (except food products and non-electric home appliances) at all outlets inside Egypt upon presenting the membership card and the discount coupon.

Reminder
EgyptAir is always pleased to provide EgyptAir Plus members the kind of service they deserve.
In order to do so, you are kindly requested to do the following:
1. Present your EgyptAir Plus membership card during reservation at EgyptAir or travel agents office, also during check-in at airport.
2. Keep all boarding passes and ticket covers of all your trips until you receive your statement to be able to add points in case of any missing flights.
3. Please send original boarding passes and ticket covers for all missing trips to The Marketing Programmes Dept. Or the nearest EgyptAir office with your EgyptAir Plus membership number and keep copy until you received the next statement.
4. Be sure about travel dates before requesting your reward ticket as any changes will be against 300 points deducted from your account.
5. Please contact the Marketing Programmes Department in case of any updates.
تذكـير
يسعد مصرللطيران دائماً أن تقدم لأعضاء برنامج المسافر الدائمEgyptAir Plus الخدمة المتميزة التى يستحقونها.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تذكر ما يلى:
1. يرُجى تقديم بطاقة العضوية عند إجراء الحجز داخل مكاتب مبيعات مصر للطيران أو وكيلك السياحى وكذلك عند إنهاء إجراءات السفر فى المطار.
2. يجب الأحتفاظ ببطاقات الصعود إلى الطائرة وأغلفة التذاكر الخاصة بجميع الرحلات التى قمتم بها لحين وصول كشف حساب النقاط حتى نتمكن من إضافة النقاط للرحلات التى لم يتم تسجيلها.
3. يرجُى إرسال أصول بطاقات الصعود إلى الطائرة وأغلفة التذاكر للرحلات التى لم يتم تسجيلها إلى إدارة البرامج التسويقية أو أقرب مكتب مبيعات مصرللطيران وكتابة رقم عضويتكم فى البرنامج ، مع الإحتفاظ بنسخة هذه المستندات لحين إستلام كشف حساب النقاط والتأكد من إضافتها.
4. ينبغى التأكد من مواعيد السفر قبل طلب تذكرة مقابل نقاط حيث أن تعديل فى هذه المواعيد بعد إصدارها يعقبه خصم 300 نقطة من حسابكم.
5. يرُجى الإتصال بإدارة البرامج التسويقية فى حالة حدوث أى تعديل فى البيانات الشخصية الخاصة بكم.
Terms of Application
1. This programme is created to reward individuals travelling frequently with EgyptAir on all international and domestic flights.
2. EgyptAir Plus shall apply to all members purchasing EgyptAir tickets at normal fares and special fares according to the sales policy adapted by EgyptAir.
3. During special seasons (Hajj, Umrah, teachers …etc.), members can only accumulate points. EgyptAir will not be able to provide special services for members during these seasons.
4. Participation in this programme is subject to terms and conditions that may be changed by EgyptAir from time to time.
5. EgyptAir Plus has the right to refuse membership to any person who does not meet the requirements for participation in the programme.
6. EgyptAir reserves the right to terminate or change EgyptAir Plus with or without prior notice.
7. An acceptance for membership for EgyptAir Plus will be deemed as acceptance of these rules, and authorization for EgyptAir to use any stored information for marketing and communication by EgyptAIr and its partners.
8. If any member does not accept the terms of this programme or any changes, such member should notify EgyptAir in writing within 30 days after notification, terminate membership and return the membership card to EgyptAir. Otherwise, member will be considered to have accepted such changes in the terms and conditions.
9. All benefits offered by EgyptAir to EgyptAir Plus members are subject to change. Some of these benefits may be provided by other organizations with which EgyptAir has made agreements. EgyptAir will use reasonable effort to ensure that the benefits promoted will be available. EgyptAir will not be responsible for the performance or non-performance of any of its partners.
10. EgyptAir flights will be subject to EgyptAir Conditions of Carriage.
نظرة عامة على نظام العضوية
1. تم تصميم برنامج المسافر الدائم لمصر للطيران خصيصاً ليتلاءم مع المسافر الذى يقوم بالسفر بصورة متكررة على رحلات مصر للطيران الدولية والداخلية.
2. عضوية برنـامج المسـافر الدائـم متـاحة لكل المسـافرين على رحـلات مـصر للطيران مستخدمى الأسعار المعلنة والخاصة وذلك وفقاً للسياسات البيعية التى تمنحها المؤسسة للأعضاء.
3. خلال المواسم (فترات الحج والعمرة والمدرسين) يسمح للأعضاء بالحصول على النقاط الخاصة برحلاتهم، مع الاعتذار عن عدم إمكانية تقديم الخدمات الأخرى المتعلقة بالعضوية نظراً لصعوبة تقديمها فى هذه الفترات المزدحمة والصعبة.
4. الاشتراك فى هذا البرنامج يخضع لقواعد وشروط قد تقوم مصر للطيران بتغييرها من وقت لأخر لإرضاء العميل.
5. لمصر للطيران الحق فى عدم قبول استمارة عضوية أى شخص لا تنطبق عليه شروط عضوية البرنامج.
6. لمصر للطيران الحق فى إلغاء أو تعديل برنامج المسافر الدائم بسابق أو بدون سابق إعلان دون آدنى مسئولية على مصر للطيران .
7. يعتبر القيام بطلب الحصول على عضوية برنامج المسافر الدائم قبولاً لتلك القواعد كما يعتبر توكيلاً لمصر للطيران بإستخدام أى معلومات مخزنة للتسويق والإتصالات من قبل مصر للطيران وشركائها.
8. إذا لم يتقبل العضو شروط البرنامج أو التغييرات التى تتم به فيجب عليه إرسال ما يفيد إلغاء عضويته إلى مصر للطيران فى فترة لا تتجاوز 30 يوما بعد هذا الإعلام وكذلك رد البطاقة الخاصة به. وإذا لم يتم ذلك تعتبر مصر للطيران أن العضو قد تمت موافقته على هذه التغييرات.
9. تتغير المزايا التى تمنحها مصر للطيران لأعضائها من وقت إلى آخر كما أن بعضها يمكن أن يتم منحه بالاشتراك مع الشركات الأخرى المشتركة مع مصر للطيران فى هذا البرنامج. وسوف تبذل مصر للطيران كل جهدها حتى يمكن لأعضائها الحصول على مزاياهم فى الأوقات المتاحة فيها هذه المزايا. مع عدم مسئولية مصر للطيران عن أى شريك لا يلتزم بتطبيق أحد المزايا المعلنة.
10. رحلات مصر للطيران تخضع لشروط مصر للطيران الخاصة بالنقل.
Conditions of Application
1. Individuals aged 18 years or over are allowed to enrol.
2. Membership is available to all individuals worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations.
3. Individuals apply for enrolment in the programme by returning a completed application form together with a recent ticket cover and boarding pass (not older than six months) in order to add the points entitled for that flight.
4. Membership will only be accepted if the application form is fully completed as requested.
5. Points are accumulated according to:
a. The distance travelled on EgyptAir domestic and international flights, and
b. The class of service.
6. Points shall be credited to members’ accounts irrespective of the identity of the person or the entity paying for the tickets or services, provided that the member has given his/her membership number when booking the flight and at the time of issuing of the ticket.
7. Members will be entitled to earn points when travelling on code shared flights but will not be allowed to use reward tickets or reward upgrades on these flights.
8. Members are advised to always keep their original boarding passes and ticket covers until the transactions appear on their statements of points.
9. Every individual is entitled to only one membership with one account. In case of duplicate accounts, points will be amalgamated in one account.
10. No points will be awarded to members travelling on free tickets or discounted tickets (51% or more) or using services offered free of charge. Moreover, services obtained in the form of EgyptAir Plus rewards will not entitle members to earn points for the mentioned services.
11. If a flight has not been credit to the account, the member should mail the boarding pass and ticket cover for that flight to EgyptAir Marketing Programmes department or any EgyptAir Sales Office. Absence of such documents will result in failure to credit that flight.
12. If a membership card is lost, stolen or damaged, member should notify EgyptAir Marketing Programmes Department immediately in order to take necessary actions and issue a new membership card against 300 will be deducted from his/her account.
13. The person named on the membership card is the only person entitled to use that card.
14. Reward ticket requests and reward upgrade requests can be ordered at your nearest EgyptAir Sales & Reservation Office.
15. Any tax or other liability as a result of membership or benefits is the sole responsibility of the member.
16. EgyptAir Plus reserves the right to prohibit or to restrict the possibility of use of rewards during specific periods and/or certain flights, or for any other services offered.
17. Members can request reward upgrades only when having a regular, paid and confirmed (no waiting list) reservation for the flight segment concerned.
18. Once reward tickets have been issued, reservation changes will be permitted under specific conditions if made during the period of validity of the ticket; such changes may require payment.
19. Reward tickets can only be booked on scheduled EgyptAir flights, are non-endorsable and cannot be used on any other airline.
20. Unused reward tickets are valid for three months only from the date of issued and will not be extended.
21. Lost, stolen and expired reward tickets and upgrades will not be refunded, replaced or extended.
22. In the event of returning unused reward tickets, a total of 1000 points will be deducted from the member’s account.
23. EgyptAir Plus reserves the right to make changes to the conditions governing the granting of any reward (particularly the number of points) and to cancel any reward offer without notice and with immediate effect.
24. In case of misuse or misrepresentation by a member of his position as a member or failure to comply with the terms and conditions, EgyptAir Plus reserves the right to cancel his membership, with loss of all accrued awards and privileges. And if necessary take legal proceedings against him.
25. In the event of membership of more than one family member in EgyptAir Plus, Family Bonus points will be entitled to only one EgyptAir Plus member.
26. Any name changes of the names of the family members programme will be made against 1000 points.
27. Awarded bonuses are subject to availability of such service. In case of unavailability or cancellation of such a service, members have to choose an alternative sector or date of travel within the validity period of the bonus award.
شروط الاشتراك فى البرنامج
1. أن لا يقل سن العضو عن 18عاماً.
2. العضوية فى البرنامج متاحة لجميع الأشخاص المقيمين فى جميع أنحاء العالم وذلك طبقاً للقوانين المحلية لكل دولة.
3. على الشخص الذى يرغب فى الاشتراك فى البرنامج إرسال استمارة العضوية مرفقا بها تذكرة السفر وبطاقة الصعود (لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر من تاريخ تقديم الاستمارة) وذلك لإضافة النقاط المستحقة لتلك الرحلة.
4. يتم قبــول استمـارة العضوية فقط فى حالة ملء بياناتها بالكامل وبالشكل الصحيح.
5. يتم احتساب النقاط بناءا على:
أ عدد الأميال المقطوعة على رحلات مصر للطيران الداخلية والدولية.
ب درجة السفر.
6. سوف يتم إضافة النقاط لرصيد العضو بغض النظر عن الشخص أو الجهة التى قامت بسداد قيمة التذاكر أو الخدمات، على أن يتم إبراز بطاقة العضوية الخاصة بالعضو عند إجراء الحجز واستخراج التذكرة.
7. للعضو الحق فى الحصول على نقاط عند السفر على الرحلات التى يتم تشغيلها بنظام المشاركة بالرمز ولكن لن يسمح باستخدام التذاكر مقابل نقاط أو رفع درجة السفر مقابل نقاط على هذه الرحلات.
8. يرجى من الأعضاء ضرورة الاحتفاظ ببطاقات الصعود إلى الطائرة وأغلفة تذاكر السفر لحين ظهورها فى بيان رصيد النقاط وذلك لمراجعتنا عند الضرورة.
9. للعضو الحق فى عضوية واحدة بحساب واحد ورقم عضوية واحد، وفى حالة حدوث ازدواج للعضوية سوف يتم دمج النقاط فى حساب واحد.
10. لن يتم منح نقاط مقابل السفر بتذاكر مجانية أو تذاكر مخفضة (51% فأكثر) أو خدمات مجانية. وكذلك لن يتم منح نقاط على التذاكر التى صدرت مقابل نقاط أو أى خدمات تم الحصول عليها مقابل نقاط.
11. فى حالة عدم ظهور نقاط متعلقة بسفرية ما فى بيان رصيد النقاط، يرجى من الأعضاء إرسال استفساراتهم المتعلقة بتلك النقاط مرفقا بها أغلفة تذاكر السفر وبطاقات الصعود وذلك بالبريد أو عن طريق أحد مكاتبنا حتى يتثنى لنا إضافة هذه النقاط إلى الحساب. وفى حالة عدم توافر أى من هذه المستندات فلن يتم إضافة هذه النقاط.
12. فى حالة فقدان البطاقة أو سرقتها أو تعرضها للتلف يجب على العضو إبلاغنا فى الحـال حتى نتمكن من اتخـاذ الإجـراءات اللازمة واسـتخراج بطاقة جديدة مقابل 300 نقطة يتم إستقطاعها من رصيد العضو من النقاط.
13. غير مسـموح لأى شخـص آخر غير العضـو إستخـدام بطـاقة العضـوية فى البرنامج.
14. يرجى من الأعضـاء طلب تذاكر مقـابل نقاط أو رفع درجة السفر مقابل نقاط من أقرب مكتب مبيعات لمصر للطيران.
15. أية ضرائب أو رسوم تكون متعلقة بالجوائز أو التذاكر يقوم العضو بتحملها.
16. لمصر للطيران الحق فى وقف استخراج أو استخدام تذاكر مقابل نقاط خلال المواسم الخاصة أو على خطوط محددة. كما يحق لمصر للطيران الحد من منح مزايا خلال فترات معينة.
17. للحصول على رفع درجة السفر مقابل نقاط يشترط أن تكون التذكرة مدفوعة ويكون الحجز مؤكد على الدرجة المراد التعلية اليها.
18. يسمح بإجراء تعديلات على حجوزات التذاكر التى صدرت مقابل نقاط فى أضيق الحدود خلال فترة صلاحية التذاكر وفقا للقواعد المطبقة (وقد يتطلب ذلك دفع مقابل مادى).
19. التذاكر الصادرة مقابل نقاط تحجز على رحلات مصر للطيران فقط ولا يمكن تحويلها على أى شركة طيران أخرى.
20. التذاكر الصادرة مقابل نقاط تكون صلاحيتها 3 شهور من تاريخ الاصدار ولاتجدد.
21. فى حالة فقـدان أو سـرقة أو انتهـاء صلاحية التذاكر الصـادرة مقـابل نقاط (أو رفع درجة السفر مقابل نقاط) لن يتم إعادة إصدار أو مد فترة الصلاحية لهذه التذاكر أو الخدمات.
22. فى حالة إعادة تذاكر صادرة مقابل نقاط لم يتم استخدامها سوف يتم استقطاع عدد 1000 نقطة من رصيد النقاط.
23. لمصر للطيران الحق فى تعديل لوائح البرنامج فيما يتم منحه (خاصة عدد النقاط) وفى إلغاء أى من المزايا بدون سابق إعلام وبشكل فورى.
24. يحق لمصر للطيران إلغاء العضوية لأى عضو فى حالة عدم التزامه بشروط البرنامج. كما يحق لمصر للطيران إلغاء كل المزايا والمنح المترتبة على العضوية. مع إمكانية اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية فى سبيل اتمام ذلك.
25. فى حالة عضوية أكثر من فرد من العائلة فى برنامج المسافر الدائم، تقتصر إضافة النقاط العائلية على أحد الأعضاء.
26. فى حالة إجراء أى تغييرات على أسماء العائلة الملحقة بالعضو سوف يتم خصم 300 نقطة.
27. يسمح للعضو بالاستفادة بمزايا البرنامج عند توفرها. فى حالة عدم توفر هذه الخدمة أو إلغائها يحق للعضو اختيار خدمة بديلة خلال فترة صلاحية الخدمة الأصلية.
